A lower density\u2028of grapes per vine creates ideal ventilation<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">and a lower humidity level overall, allowing the grapes to be more easily dried.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Our vineyards are cultivated with the utmost care.
